Tackle headaches with acupuncture. NICE clinical guideline (CG150) on diagnosis and management of #headaches in young people and adults recommended the use of #acupuncture for prophylaxis of tension type headache and migraine.
NICE guidelines (NG193) for management of chronic pain include acupuncture as an option.
